Okay, it's supposed to get up to 57 degrees (Fahrenheit) in Baltimore today, and possibly make it to 60 degrees tomorrow. This is thoroughly ridiculous for mid-January. But it's got to be cold somewhere in the Northern Hemisphere. So here are a few funny winter t-shirt designs.
